Collection: whips & rocks & wheels

Whips, rock lights and wheel rings make up this universal accent-lighting collection. You will find RGB and chasing LED whip lights in fat and spiral styles from 2 to 6 feet, rock light pods sold alone or bundled with whips, LED wheel ring kits with optional turn and brake functions, flag mounts and flags, plus the controller boxes, remotes and 3-pin and 4-pin extension cables that tie a system together. They suit side-by-sides, trucks, Jeeps and three-wheelers alike.

None of these lights are vehicle-specific, so instead of a fitment tag we spell out connector type, length and wiring in each listing. Shipping is free across the US with 2 to 7 day delivery from our California warehouse, returns are accepted for 90 days, and every kit is covered by a 1-year warranty with US-based support for wiring questions.

What to look for

  • Connector pin count. Whips, rock pods and controllers come in 3-pin and 4-pin versions that are not interchangeable; keep the whole system on one standard, including extension cables.
  • Control method. Bluetooth app control gives more color patterns and music sync, while RF remotes are simpler and work without a phone; some kits include both.
  • Wheel ring sizing. Rings are sold by diameter and must clear the brake caliper; measure the inside of the rim, not the tire, and expect more wiring if you want turn and brake sync.
  • Mounting. Quick-release whip bases drop into a bed stake pocket or a bolt-on mount, and a flag mount needs a whip base it can clamp to.

Frequently asked questions

Can one controller run both whips and rock lights?

Yes, if the pin type matches and the controller has enough outputs. A 4-pin box with ten connections, for example, can drive a pair of whips and several rock pods together and sync the colors. Mixing 3-pin whips with a 4-pin controller will not work without adapters.

Are whip lights street legal?

Rules vary by state, and many allow colored accent lighting off-road only, while red or blue flashing lights facing forward are restricted almost everywhere. Use them on the trail, turn them off on public roads unless you have confirmed local law, and keep the flag in place where required.

How do I pick a whip length?

Shorter 2 to 3 foot whips are easier to store and less likely to catch branches, while 4 to 6 foot whips are more visible in dunes and dust. Many riders run one of each; check the rules at the parks you ride most often, since some require a minimum flag height.
