These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ohmu4wheels.com and your purchases from OHMU. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Products & Fitment

We sell aftermarket off-road parts, lighting, and accessories for trucks, Jeeps, SUVs, and side-by-sides. We use reasonable care to describe fitment accurately, and our vehicle finder is provided to help you select compatible parts. You are responsible for confirming that a product fits your specific vehicle, configuration, and trim before purchasing. Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing and availability are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or availability of an item you ordered, we will contact you and may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations. Payment is charged at checkout through our secure payment providers.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please review our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and address accuracy.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 90 days of receipt, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and the return process.

6. Warranty

OHMU products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the original date of receipt. Our sole obligation for a covered defect is to repair or replace the affected part or product with a comparable one, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, accident, normal wear, or clearance items. This limited warranty gives you specific rights; you may have other rights that vary by state.

7. Installation & Use

Many of our products are performance and off-road accessories. You are responsible for proper, professional installation and for using products lawfully and safely, including compliance with local road, lighting, and emissions regulations. Off-road lighting and similar products may not be legal for on-road use in all areas.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, text, graphics, and images — is owned by or licensed to OHMU and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to submit false or fraudulent information.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Except for the express warranty above, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OHMU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
