Free U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States. Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, standard U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after the label is created. You can also track your order any time on our Track Your Order page.

Oversized & Freight Items

Certain large or heavy items (such as bumpers, racks, and bed covers) may ship by freight or require additional handling time. If this applies to your order, we will notify you with any relevant details.

Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations may incur additional cost and longer delivery times. Any additional charges will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees on international orders.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
